Not that I call her ugly; no, I will never call a woman ugly, but Mother is much more beautiful.

At four foot, and standing side by side, Mother’s intelligence and brilliance will, no doubt, send her into a very dark oblivion.

Yet, she is the one who now has Father’s attention, and when she visits with her unsuspecting husband and children, Father expects us to welcome them with a smile and serve them food and drinks.
How do you do that when you know she is the reason your mother is now unloved?
